Code of Conduct
Apex Sports Group promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive enviromnent. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.
Safety & Health
Participants should arrive prepared, hydrated, and in proper athletic attire. Parents must inform staff of any relevant medical conditions or allergies before participation.
Attendance
Consistent attendance ensures team development and individual progress. Repeated absences without communication may affect placement.
Refund Policy Summary
•No Refunds.
• Credits may be issued only before the start of the season, for future use within the same partnership program.
• Once the season begins, no credits or refunds will be issued.
Bullying Policy
Zero tolerance for bullying in any form. Any participant engaging in bullying may be immediately dismissed without refund.
